A Fun Easy Brunch SaladImage of the brunch salad

Looking to serve a well rounded brunch but need a quick recipe to do so?! This fun easy brunch salad is by far the easiest recipe to serve at your mothers day brunch this year with no extra cooking or prep time and its sweet flavor with the strawberries gives it that spring brunch vibe you are looking for in May!

Petite Vegetable Frittatas

This recipe is from What’s Gaby Cooking and if you have been reading my blog for a bit then you know I am a huge fan of her recipes. This is one that I was first introduced to by my sister who made it a few mothers days ago. Everyone loved these and the fact that you can cook these as individual frittatas is perfect if you are expecting a large group. Additionally, these can be prepped and cooked ahead to give you more prep time day of for some of these other recipes 😉

Fun Dessert Recipe For The Perfect Mother’s Day Brunch Cake

This is a recipe that my own mom made for me and the rest of my aunts last year and everyone (literally every person at the table) was asking for the recipe. It is sure to impress your own mom and aunties and whoever you may be celebrating this mothers day. What makes it fun is that it technically is a recipe that uses ginger beer and it’s perfect for spring being that it incorporates lemon and raspberries- it is mouth watering!
