Close Up Of The Apples In The Salad

Adding on to my previous post regarding the three ingredient basic salad dressing that I would use when crunched for time – comes this simple salad that I would often find myself putting together and enjoying the most on those super busy days. This one is great to pair with a more simple dressing because there is so much taste between the fruit and the cheese- shallot and onion. I don’t know about y’all but Boursin cheese is just that always delish hard to not finish in a day type of cheese that we can’t seem to ever get tired of. So here’s what you need to make this tasteful salad to add the perfect blend of savory and sweet onto your fresh salad:

Recipe:

  • 2 Cups of mixed greens
  • 1/2 of an Apple, Sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons of Shallot and Onion Cheese (can use any but we love the Boursin version best)
  • 1/4 Cup of Craisins
  • 1/2 of an Onion
  • 1 ounce of walnuts
  • Recommended Dressing: Three Ingredient Vinaigrette
