When I was in grad school, I (Maddie here) was always crunched for time to make dinner. Those busy days with all over the place class schedules, internships and work led me to become quite the expert at making quick and easy meals and meals on the go. During this time, I found my area of expertise at making quick but still tasty salads to keep me fueled and content- which is what also led me to stumbling upon a quick three ingredient dressing to top off whatever tasty salad I was making. So now, whether I am crunched for time or I realize I am out of lemons and or onions to make our other homemade vinaigrette dressings, I turn to this easy recipe to add just enough taste to dress any salad!
Recipe:
- 3 tablespoons of Olive Oil
- 3 tablespoons of White Balsamic Vinegar
- 3 tablespoons of your preferred mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
