It has been a quick minute since we shared a fun easy salad recipe but we are back and here to share a very delish tropical salad with y’all! Why a tropical recipe mid winter you may ask?! I think we can all agree that at some point during the season (for some of us much sooner into the season) we could all use a little break from the winter and a little tropical escape. While we would love for that escape to be a plane ride to some beautiful island for a vaca, there are still some fun and much more practical ways to feel like we are escaping the winter and one of those is by indulging our sense to make us feel like we are enjoying a delish dinner somewhere warmer somewhere tropical! So today we are sharing the amazing blend of fruits and vegetables that will make you feel just as content as you would be sitting on a beach right now!
Recipe:
Mango & Pineapple?! Yes please!
- One Container of Mixed Greens
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 1/2 Onion
- 3 cups of Cilantro
- 1/2 Mango
- 1/2 Pineapple
- 2 1/2 cups of Corn
- Shrimp
