A simple berry protein smoothie is one of my favorite snacks, especially during the summer time! I’m the type of person that gets really obsessed with a food or snack and will eat the same thing every day for like a month straight and then I’m completely over it and move on to the next phase and not eat that thing for like 6 months lol. BUT this smoothie has stood the rest of time and I never get tired of it. It’s a great pre or post-workout smoothie, but honestly it hits to spot anytime of day (for me at least). No crazy ingredients here — just simple, straightforward and easy – the best kind of snack! Try this recipe out and let us know what you think in the comments!

A yummy and refreshing snack, perfect for the summer!

The Recipe:

  • ~6-8 ice cubes
  • Handful of frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup spinach (fresh or frozen will work perfectly)
  • ~10 frozen strawberries
  • 1 scoop Vital Proteins collagen powder
  • 1 scoop Amazing Greens Tahitian Vanilla Protein powder
  • Fill about 7/8 remaining space with orange juice
  • Top it off with pomegranate juice
