As you may have been able to tell from our previous fall fashion posts, September was particularly kind to the both of us having had some successful shopping days for sweater weather! While we may be living in warmer regions that don’t necessarily require all the layering that sweater weather does- we have been way too excited about these recent purchases to not wear them. Additionally, we have been excited to get some wear to report back to y’all and give our fellow fall fashion enthusiasts a well informed guide to this seasons most stylish finds! More specifically, we have been swapping our open toed footwear options out for our newest close toed finds with enthusiasm as this fall seems to prioritize our favorite- chunky heeled and western footwear. The two of us have some similar style preferences but we still have our personal preferences that will give y’all a well rounded guide to fall footwear! For the two of us, we may not be looking forward to the cooler temps ahead, but we at the very least looks forward to being able to wear these stylish comfortable boots to get us through sweater weather season!

These were a great find this fall that are not only totally in style and compliment most fall outfits but they happen to be SO comfy! The first day I wore these just happened to be a day where I did a ton of unexpected walking and let me just say these felt like a pair of broken into but still very cushiony boots that served me well! I am obsessed with these and the only thing I wish was different was that they had these boots in lots of different patterns! This is a must for babes on a budget shopping for fall/ winter boots- they are comfort of high quality brand without breaking the bank!
Danika Blondo Boot – I’ve mentioned Blondo before, in our winter shoe guide, and it is making the fall shoe guide because I am a huge fan of Blondo shoes for so many reasons. First off- they always have the cutest stylish boots and second– they are some of the comfiest heeled boots I have tried! This brand is one to consider for the fall seasons for booties because they specialize in providing footwear that is waterproof. No more having to sacrifice comfort, style and now waterproof shoes- you can have it all! For those like myself who have a hard time finding their size- most of Blondo’s shoes go up to a size 12!

Steve Madden Sloanne Platform Booties
Another big trend I am seeing is platform boots– and I am sooo into it! You get all of the extra height benefits from wearing a heel, but still maintain comfort because of the platform. These look great with long sleeve fall dresses or skirts because they add just a touch of edginess to any look.
I’ve seen so much Western-style fashion this fall, and these booties fit right in with that trend. I bought these in black last year and when I saw the cream/white version, I bought them immediately. I have been wearing these with lots of fall outfits and especially with these Madewell Jeans to the left! Hurry, they are on sale at Nordstrom right now!
