Back for another #justlivingwithsweettooth recipe! One thing we are all about- fast efficient recipes that are still just as yummy, which is what led us to this creation of the three ingredient oat cookies! These are no bake cookies so all that is needed is a microwave to make these sweet treats. We shared a little tutorial on the gram for all of you who prefer visuals but figured we would share the exact recipe in a blog post. These are great to make during a busy week when you want something sweet to pack for the day or to grab from the fridge in between zoom calls.
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup of Almond Butter
1 Cup of Oats
1/2 Cup of Chocolate Chips Melted
Directions:
Melt 1/2 Cup of Chocolate Chips in the microwave
Add the melted chocolate chips into 1/2 cup of Almond Butter, combine until well mixed
Add in 1 cup of oats to the mix
Roll into a ball and let the cookies sit until they are room temp cool
