For those who missed this vinaigrette we shared last month in our fun summer salad recipe, we are re-sharing it in a separate post for you all to bookmark because this is a great vinaigrette to compliment just about any salad! You can get quite crafty when it comes to dressings and with just the slightest variation you can have a completely different vinaigrette- so for all of those who want a hint of garlic then this is the vinaigrette for you! This is perfect to make and keep any extra in a container to use for additional salads that week! As always, enjoy y’all!
Recipe:
- 6 T good quality olive oil
- 3T. white wine vinegar
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 T. honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt & pepper to taste
