All The Websites I’ve Used For My Wedding

September 20, 2022

It can be a challenge to plan a wedding without helpful websites. Thankfully, these wedding planning websites make it easy. Read on for all the websites I used for my wedding, from the stores I shopped to the sites I used for e-vites!

The very lack of wedding experience can make the whole process incredibly complicated and stressful! Luckily, I had the help of my sister, who had already done it years ago, to help me figure it out! That help made a major difference in my experience, which is exactly why I want to share all that I can during this process with y’all!

As you probably know by now, I recently got engaged and already planning my wedding! After realizing how far in advance you have to start planning your wedding in order to secure your venue and vendors, my fiance and I decided to scrap the idea of a long engagement and get married this fall – October 1st, to be exact!

Since we have had to throw a wedding together in basically no time at all, planning everything has truly been a whirlwind experience. Thankfully, there are a few wedding planning websites I have found to be super helpful throughout this process. Here are some of my faves!

Paperless Post

Go green and get those invites out ASAP! If you are planning on a short engagement, your best bet is to send out e-vites. That is exactly what we did, and it made it so easy to keep track of who responded and send reminders to those who hadn’t.

The Knot

The Knot is probably the most well-known wedding planning website out there and for a good reason! You can do virtually anything through The Knot, from creating your custom wedding website and sending out invitations to checking reviews. I personally used The Knot to check for photographer reviews which were beyond helpful!

Pinterest

I mean didn’t we start out making wedding inspo boards as teens on Pinterest?! Regardless if you did or not, this is the first place to look for inspo on colors and themes for your wedding. I took images from Pinterest and sent them directly to my florist to give her an exact look I wanted for my centerpieces and bouquets!

Crate & Barrel

Wondering where to register?! Crate & Barrel has it all and makes creating your registry super easy and simple. And with such high-quality products, the best part is that whatever doesn’t get bought on your registry, you get a discounted price!

BHLDN

Last-minute bride wedding dress section?! Yes, please! This was the first and only place I shopped for my wedding dress. With little time and being a 6’2.5 girl,  I knew that I was limited to online wedding dress shopping. But I surely didn’t feel like I had to compromise, the very first dress I ordered and tried on was the dress that I went with! BHLDN gowns are gorgeous, high quality, and offer size-inclusive options!

Badgley Mischka

This brand is made for all brides to be! They offer all sorts of styles and go up to size 13, making this a tall girl-approved shoe brand

Azazie

Calling all bridal parties! This website offers bridesmaid, MOH, and junior bridesmaid dresses in ALL sizes making it your go-to site for your wedding party! I was able to find my MOH and junior bridesmaid dress in a similar color and style and got it within such a short time, making it perf for last-minute weddings.

Etsy

If you are looking for customized decorations and have a few weeks, head to Etsy. I found wedding signs and a wedding guest seating chart on Etsy!

Amazon

I mean, what last-minute bride can’t use that two-day shipping?! But more importantly, you can find almost anything creative, and decorative on amazon! From your gift card box to your toiletry baskets to the guest book, you can find tons of adorable wedding finds on Amazon.
